Our communication and assessment division is made up of Intermediaries, who are communication experts. They provide assessment and support services for people who have communication differences or difficulties that impact their ability to understand and participate effectively in legal proceedings. The majority of our work is in criminal and family courts, but intermediaries can also be used in civil courts and tribunals.
